Making quail eggs salad:

Step 1: prepare the quail eggs.

Quail eggs boil much faster than chicken eggs, as you can guess by simply evaluating their size and weight. On average, in order to cook this ingredient into a steep one, it is enough to leave it in barely boiling water on 5 minutes. After that you need to do the same thing that you usually do with chicken eggs. That is, cool under a stream of ice water, and then peel.
Prepared and peeled quail eggs, cut into two equal halves each.

Step 2: prepare the tomato.

Rinse the fresh tomato thoroughly under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Be sure to cut the whitish seal, and then chop the vegetable into thin slices - slices.

Step 3: prepare lettuce leaves.

Rinse the lettuce leaves as well as the tomato before, with warm water and dry it, otherwise the finished dish will be too wet and watery. Lay greens on a cutting board and cut it into large pieces. However, sometimes I prefer to leave lettuce leaves whole.

Step 4: preparing a gas station.

Pour vegetable oil, balsamic vinegar into the bowl, pour the dried herbs there. Peel a clove of garlic from the husk and, crushing it with a press, also lay with other ingredients. Salt. Using a fork or whisk, mix the dressing, making it almost uniform in consistency.

Step 5: prepare a salad with quail eggs.

First place the green leaves in a large salad bowl, lining them with the entire bottom of the dishes. And on top, beautifully spread the slices of tomato and quail eggs, pour all the cooked dressing. You do not need to mix, but rather you need to serve the finished dish to the table.

Step 6: serve the salad with quail eggs.

Serve a salad with quail eggs immediately after cooking, since storage, even if it is an hour long, it experiences poorly, becoming not so juicy and tasty anymore. Therefore, if you decide to cook it in advance, limit yourself to preparing the ingredients, and beautifully put everything in a salad bowl and fill it in time in half a minute.
When everything is ready, you can only enjoy the taste and benefits of this amazingly simple and original salad.

Recipe Tips:

- Quail eggs can also be cooked in the microwave. To do this, place them in a deep cup, fill with water to the very tops and send to the microwave for 3 minutes at a power of 500 watts.
