Shrimp Stuffed Ingredients
- Tomatoes are round in shape and small in size 10-12 pieces

Cooking shrimp-stuffed tomatoes:
Step 1: prepare frozen peeled shrimp.
We put the frozen peeled shrimp in a deep bowl and leave it aside for a while so that they reach room temperature. Attention: do not speed up this process due to a microwave oven or a jet of hot water, as this can change the structure of seafood.
Then completely fill the components with hot water and leave for 3-4 minutes. This will make the meat more tender. Immediately after that, we discard the contents of the bowl into a colander and leave it aside for some time so that excess liquid from the seafood glass.
At the end, move the shrimp onto a chopping board and chop it with a knife. Pour finely chopped components into a free plate.
Step 2: prepare the chicken eggs.
We lay the chicken eggs in a small pan, completely fill with ordinary cold water and put on medium heat. When the contents of the container boil, we detect 10 minutes. After the allotted time, turn on the burner, and get the eggs with a tablespoon and transfer to a clean deep bowl. We immediately place the container in the sink under a stream of cold water and completely cool the components. This will make it easy to peel eggs without affecting boiled protein.
Next, put the components on a cutting board and in turn rub on a fine grater. Pour the egg chips into a clean plate and leave alone.
Step 3: prepare the tomatoes.
Wash the tomatoes well under running warm water and then lay them on a cutting board. Using a knife, carefully cut off the top where the stalk is located. Attention: we don’t throw out hats, as they can still be useful to us.
Now, with the help of a teaspoon, we scrape out all the flesh, trying not to spoil the appearance. At the end, put the tomatoes on a clean plate with the hole down, so that all the excess juice is stacked from them, and leave it aside for a while.
Step 4: prepare the parsley.
Wash the parsley well under running warm water, shake off excess liquid and then put it on a cutting board. Using a knife, finely chop the greens, and then pour into a free plate. Attention: if you want to decorate the tomatoes, then leave a couple of sprigs of parsley aside.
Step 5: prepare the garlic.
We put the garlic on a chopping board and squeeze lightly with a knife. Next, with clean hands, peel the cloves from the husks and rinse under running water.
We lay out the components back on a flat surface and grind with the same improvised inventory. At the end, pour the garlic into a clean saucer and proceed to the preparation of the salad itself.
Step 6: cook the shrimp-stuffed tomatoes.
In a medium bowl, lay out such ingredients as grated boiled eggs, chopped boiled shrimp, fresh herbs, finely chopped garlic and, if desired, the remaining pulp from the tomatoes, which in this case must be chopped in advance. Now add mayonnaise, taste the salt and ground black pepper and, using a tablespoon, mix everything thoroughly until smooth. Everything, the filling is ready!
Then, using a teaspoon, carefully spread the mixture into each tomato, leveling its surface with improvised equipment.
When all the vegetables are stuffed, put them on a special plate, optionally cover with hats and decorate with sprigs of fresh parsley and can be served at the dinner table.
Step 7: serve the tomatoes stuffed with shrimp.
Tomatoes stuffed with shrimp come out very tender, fragrant and delicious. They can serve you as a light snack or an unusual dinner. Of course, for the latter option, I also advise households to offer some kind of porridge, for example, rice or buckwheat, or even fry meat with potatoes, and serve tomatoes instead of fresh salad.
- If desired, garlic can not be added to the filling. For example, I love when an appetizer comes out to the best of spicy and aromatic;
- in addition to the ingredients indicated in the recipe, you can also add hard cheese to the tomatoes, which must be grated in advance. So the snack comes out much more satisfying and interesting to taste;
- Instead of small tomatoes, you can take cherry. In this case, you need to make every effort to peel the vegetables from the pulp, and then stuff with the filling, without tearing the hole.
