Clean fish from scales and entrails, remove gills. Salt the fish inside and out to taste. Sprinkle with seasoning. Sprinkle olive oil on all sides and inside. Put in the abdomen a few slices of lemon and chopped parsley. Put the fish in a double boiler, put on top a few slices of lemon, crush with the remaining chopped parsley and cook until tender for 20 minutes. You can serve fish with boiled potatoes, rice.
