Making salmon sandwiches:

Step 1: chop the bread.

For cooking salmon sandwiches, I usually choose a French baguette, but you can take a regular sliced ​​loaf or any other white bread that you like. Cut it into thin slices. Slices of French baguette are immediately small, but if you took another bread, it is better to divide the resulting slices into 2 equal parts, so that you end up with neat and small sandwiches.

Step 2: prepare the oil mixture.

To prepare the paste, remove the butter from the refrigerator in advance to soften it. In the meantime, rinse the dill greens under running water, shake it off excess moisture and finely chop it. Peel the garlic cloves, cut off all the excess. Grind the garlic with a special press, turning it into a cabbage.
Now mix all the prepared ingredients with mayonnaise. Rub everything with a fork, so it’s more convenient to knead the butter. Mix everything until a uniform greenish paste. You can, of course, use a blender, if such a device is at your disposal.

Step 3: spread the butter mixture on the bread.

Spread the prepared butter mass on slices of bread with a knife, evenly distributing it over each sandwich.

Step 4: add the salmon to the sandwiches.

Now cut the salmon into thin slices, no thicker than 5 millimeters. The most convenient, of course, is to take the finished cut. Now lay the resulting fish slices on top of a paste of butter and greens. That's all, nothing is complicated, everything is very fast and simple. You can start serving your sandwiches on the table.

Step 5: serve the salmon sandwiches.

Serve salmon sandwiches immediately on the table or store in the refrigerator, if necessary, covering them with a lid so that they are not saturated with the smells of other products. Eat yourself and treat others.

- If you are sour or too greasy, decorate each sandwich with a thin slice of lemon.
