Cooking Primavera pasta:

Step 1: Prepare the ingredients.


Mushrooms should be cleaned of dirt and washed under running water. Important! Do not soak the mushrooms in water, they quickly absorb it, and then when frying it will be all in a pan. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and transfer to a plate.

To make the dish look beautiful, you have to work hard and cut all the vegetables into strips. So, peel the carrots, wash them and cut them into strips, transfer to a salad bowl.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings, transfers to a salad bowl.

Cut the pepper in half, remove the seeds and stalk, washing under running water. Cut into strips and put it in a salad bowl.

Zucchini choose young, without large seeds inside. Cut it into circles with a thickness of not more than 5 mm, and then with straws, transfer to a salad bowl.

Wash green onions. When you cut, do not hold the knife straight, but a little at an angle. Transfer chopped onions to a salad bowl.

Wash the parsley, dry and chop finely and finely. Transfer to a salad bowl.

Peel the garlic cloves and finely chop. You can use a fine grater or garlic.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips and transfer to a salad bowl. All sliced ​​finished. Go to the next step.

Step 2: Cooking Primavera Pasta.


Now you will need to do several actions at the same time. The description goes in sequence, but they go in parallel. While boiling vermicelli, fry vegetables. While something is fried in one pan, we interfere in another. It will turn out faster.
So, cook the vermicelli. Be sure to buy good, durum wheat. Pour water into the pan and heat it to a boil. Salt and put the noodles to cook, reduce the heat. Stir from time to time so that it does not stick together. After 5 minutes, check the readiness, it should already be ready, if not, cook for a few more minutes and check again. Turn off the heat, leave the vermicelli to brew for about 5 minutes. Then drain it into a colander and leave it to glass water well. Transfer the finished vermicelli to a salad bowl.

We put both pans on medium heat. Put butter in one and fry the champignons, salt for about 5 minutes, then add chopped onion to them, fry until it becomes soft and translucent. Add carrots and fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour a little olive oil into the second pan and fry the chicken fillet for about 10 minutes. Do not forget to salt it a little. Add garlic, sweet pepper and zucchini, mix and fry for about 10 minutes.
We shift the mushrooms with onions and carrots into the second pan, mix, add spices, try on salt. Simmer all together for about 10 minutes over low heat. Add chopped greens, mix. Phew! It remains only to add vermicelli.

Stir vermicelli with stewed vegetables, mushrooms and herbs. That's it, the Primavera pasta is ready.

Step 3: Serve the Primavera paste.


Fragrant, juicy, very tasty and such a beautiful pasta will be a wonderful lunch or dinner. Set the table, put the paste "Primavera" in plates.
