Microwave Goulash Ingredients

Cooking goulash in the microwave:

Step 1: Prepare the beef.


To make the beef juicy and soft, you need to cut the meat correctly - across the fibers, otherwise the pieces will be stiff. Cut the beef with medium cubes and transfer to a plate.

Step 2: Prepare the onion.


Peel the onion and cut into cubes, transfer to a clean plate. You can cut into strips, if you like it more or really want to chop onions. Who will forbid you? But in order to maintain the shape of other ingredients, it is better to cubes. They then fall apart into plates.

Step 3: Prepare the carrots.


Peel the carrots and cut them into small cubes, transfer to a plate. If you do not like coarsely chopped carrots, then grate it, the taste of goulash will not suffer from this, but it will not be so beautiful.

Step 4: Prepare the garlic.


One clove of garlic can be dealt with without the aid of a garlic or grater. Peel the clove and chop it finely and finely, shift to chopped onion.

Step 5: Prepare Celery


Despite the fact that celery is not a traditional goulash ingredient, it turns out to be very tasty with it. Cut the celery stalk as thin as possible and transfer to a clean plate.

Step 6: Make the goulash sauce.


Mix soy sauce and tomato paste in a suitable container, add water, salt to taste.

Step 7: Cook the goulash in the microwave.


Pour the vegetable oil into the bottom of the pan (or other suitable container), put the meat and all prepared vegetables - onions, carrots, garlic and celery, and put it in the microwave, turned on at full capacity, for 5 minutes.
Remove the pan, pour the meat and vegetables with sauce, add black pepper to taste and cook for another 10 minutes. Important! Do not cover the pan with a lid.

Step 8: Serve the goulash in the microwave.


Put the finished goulash in plates, garnish with parsley and serve. Fresh bread with crispy crust or croutons will help you cope with a delicious sauce.

- Goulash can be served with mashed potatoes, boiled potatoes or pasta.
