Put pieces of butter in a turkish or stew-pan and put the container on a small fire. With constant stirring with a tablespoon or hand whisk, bring the component to a liquid state. Immediately after this, pour sugar into the Turk and continue to mix until the last ingredient is completely dissolved and we get a mass that is uniform in consistency.

Then turn off the burner, and add vanilla on the tip of the knife and milk powder to the mixture. With constant stirring with a spoon, knead a thick dough.

Step 3: Cooking Chocolate Fingers Dessert


Cover the baking sheet with baking paper. Now, with clean, dry hands, we roll sausages from a small amount of dough. In size they should turn out approximately 6-8 centimeters and in thickness - 2 centimeters. We spread the baking at a short distance from each other on a baking sheet and set to bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven to a temperature 180 ° C. Attention: We follow the process of cooking the "fingers", as they should not burn in our place. As soon as the dough in the oven is browned, we take out a baking sheet with the help of kitchen oven mitts and set aside to cool to room temperature.

Step 4: melt the chocolate.


We break dark chocolate with our hands into small pieces and put it in a free bowl. We will melt it in a water bath, so we pour ordinary cold water into a small pot and put the container on medium heat. When the liquid boils, put a bowl on top of the pan. Attention: the bottom of the bowl should match the diameter with the rim of the pan. Now, with constant stirring with a tablespoon, bring the chocolate to a liquid state. We turn off the burner, but do not set the pan aside so that the chocolate mass remains liquid for some time and does not cool.

Step 5: Cooking Chocolate Fingers Dessert


Holding the “fingers” with a fork, we dip each in turn into the hot chocolate mass so that the dessert is completely dipped into it. Immediately after that we transfer it to food foil and set aside to cool completely. Attention: if you still have chocolate, you can top them with dessert to make it more chocolate.

Step 6: Serve the Chocolate Fingers Dessert
